The Committee
The first Residents Association was established in 2005 and
a pro-tem committee was set up in place to tackle the various issues
and problems associated with living in a condominium.
Subsequently an election was held in 2006 by the residents and the
following permanent committee were put in place. The committee
shall serve in a specified period of time and until the necessary
by-laws are put in placed and ratified by the association.

The committee encourages others to volunteer their free time for coordination and other related works.
Task at Hand
The pro-tem committee was tasked to coordinate matters with the Management/Developer involving the property's defective works, common grievances and other relevant issues concerning the smooth operation of the condominium.
